We're looking for a highly motivated, bilingual professional who wants to become an integral part of a rapidly growing agency. This is much more than an insurance sales position. We are expanding into Health Insurance, Document Preparation Services, DMV Express Services, and other community-focused business solutions.

What You'll Do
No two days are exactly the same.
You'll help clients with:
- Auto Insurance
- Home Insurance
- Renters Insurance
- Motorcycle Insurance
- Business Insurance
- Commercial Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Health Insurance
- Document Preparation Services
- DMV Express Services (coming soon)
- Cross-selling additional products that genuinely benefit our clients
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Following up with existing clients
- Generating referrals
- Networking in the community
- Assisting With Marketing and social media outreach
- Community events and business development
Our Ideal Candidate

- Is bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong reading and writing skills in both languages

Preferred Qualifications
Highly preferred:
- Nevada Property & Casualty License
- Nevada Life & Health License
- Previous insurance experience a plus
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience
- CRM experience
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Social media marketing experience
