What is the difference between a Trust and a Will?

A Last Will & Testament will need to be probated through the local Court system.


A Trust is administered without Court jurisdiction making time for distribution of assets shorter and a lot less expensive.

What if I do not have a lot of assets, do I still need estate planning?

Yes! Regardless of how many assets you have, you should have at least a Last Will & Testament.
